These terms govern your use of Nevoiz. Nevoiz is a civic platform for informed participation. Please read these terms together with the Privacy Policy. Nevoiz is currently offered as an invite-only closed beta with disclosed limitations.
By creating an account or using Nevoiz, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Nevoiz. LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: confirm minimum age and any residency limits for the current rollout region (Europe).
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone secure and for activity on your account. During closed beta, access may require a valid invite.
To keep Nevoiz a trustworthy civic space, you agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant Nevoiz a limited licence to host, display, and distribute your content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for the content you post.
Nevoiz uses a transparent, two-layer moderation model and a graduated enforcement ladder (for example, notices, warnings, temporary restrictions, and, for serious or repeated violations, suspension). Where action is taken, you will generally receive a notice explaining the reason. Moderation decisions are recorded for accountability.
LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: describe the appeal/complaint mechanism and timelines consistent with the EU Digital Services Act once the appeals workflow is available.
Nevoiz is provided as a closed beta with disclosed limitations and may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Features may be added or removed while we harden the platform.
The service is provided "as is" during beta. LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: insert liability, warranty, and consumer-rights provisions compliant with applicable EU and Member State law — mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected.
You may stop using Nevoiz and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or where required by law, applying our enforcement process.
