Konto löschen

This lets you permanently delete your Nevoiz account and request erasure of your personal data, in line with your GDPR right to erasure (Article 17).

What happens when you delete

Deleted or hard-removed

  • Your phone number and sign-in credentials
  • Your private messages, reactions, and read receipts
  • Your notification tokens, preferences, and beta feedback
  • Uploaded media associated with your account

Anonymised (kept without identifying you)

  • Public contributions such as posts and consultation arguments are detached from your identity so shared discussions remain coherent

Retained only where legally required

  • Limited records we are legally obliged to keep (for example, records tied to safety investigations or legal obligations), retained for the minimum necessary period

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Retention exceptions exist only where EU law requires them. LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: confirm exact retention periods and lawful bases with qualified counsel.

How to delete your account

In the app (recommended)

The most direct way is in the app: open Settings → Privacy → Delete account, then confirm. You are signed in already, so we can verify it is really you.

You can also start deletion here. For your security you must confirm your identity with a one-time code before anything is deleted.

Can’t use the form?

If you cannot access your account or the form doesn’t work, you can request deletion by contacting our privacy team through the Support page. We will verify your identity before acting on the request.

Changed your mind? Before you confirm, you can simply close this page — nothing is deleted until you complete verification and confirm. After deletion completes, the action is permanent.
